May Events in Kelowna @ Railside Brewery!
May flowers, Mother’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, May the 4th. Maayyyyyyyte, can you see that all signs are pointing to the fact that the month of May has arrived? Not just on the calendar but also live right here at Railside! May is coming in hot, everyone. We’ve got refreshing new brews on tap, we’ve got complimentary food all around the premises, and we’ve got some toe-tappin’, finger-snappin’ events to keep your May-Maying. We’ll explain it all in more detail below, but here’s a quick run-down for all of you keen readers.
For starters, let’s talk hours. We know you’ve been asking, and we’re happy to oblige with an earlier opening every Friday starting at noon and a later close on Sundays at 9 pm. That’s right, we’re giving back with more time to Railside, and with all of this gorgeous patio weather, why wouldn’t we?
Next up, the events, the entertainment, the stuff you loooove! Live music is here to stay, and we’ve got five, count ’em five, live music events this month. In keeping with the theme of five, we’re also hosting our annual Cinco de Mayo party. Guess what day it is? May 5th. Five. 5th. You know we love the synchronicity of it all. Cheffrey 9-1-1 is helping everyone out with a Mexican-themed menu to complement our Lime Cerveza, so you know, there’s probably nowhere else you’ll want to be.
To keep rocking the May theme this May, we’re hosting a special May Movie Night on May 4th for ‘May the 4th be with you day”. Know what it is? Yep. It’s totally Star Wars. Not just one Star Wars flick though – nope. Three. Yep. Three of the og’s. Saddle up for the best, most authentic Star Wars day in the city. It’s happening at Railside. Prime the thrusters, Railside is heading to Jabiim.
And hey, we’re also calling all wannabe painters to join us for a really pretty paint night this May with Colorbrush Canvas! Blooming Fields fits right into the May Flowers theme. This is a beauty that you might want to give to mom as a belated Mother’s Day gift or save it for next year. We’ve also got Drag Bingo! the bingo that’s taken Kelowna by storm and packs our rafters is one of the funnest evenings we could ever promise you to have.
