Railside Brewing is teaming up with The Grate Cheesery for a special pop-up featuring the ultimate cold-weather comfort food: hot, melty Swiss raclette cheese scraped fresh onto a warm baguette, served with prosciutto and pickles and paired with your choice of beverage.
It’s cheesy, warm, delicious and a pretty great way to spend a Sunday afternoon at Railside.
Each Ticket Includes:
- 100% Swiss Raclette Cheese, melted and scraped fresh
- Baguette with prosciutto and pickles
- One 16 oz beverage — choose from beer, cider, seltzer or a non-alcoholic option
